lovecass is a 501c(3) nonprofit created in loving memory of our daughter/sister cassidy flood.
loveCass exists as a nonprofit that raises money to support and fund free local mental health programs and activities in the hudson valley for mental health awareness .
by supporting lovecass, you are helping:

-fund our free weekly wellness wednesday journaling, craft and pickleball programs
-raise money to support and fund free local mental health programs and initatives in the hudson valley
-fund our free annual heart of midtown music and art festival for mental health awareness + annual cold plunge, and
-creating a safe space for people to talk about their mental health
