LoveCass is a nonprofit organization founded in 2025 in loving memory of our daughter and sister, Cassidy Flood, to honor her legacy by creating, supporting, and funding free, community-based mental health programs throughout the Hudson Valley.

LoveCass works to raise awareness of the growing mental health crisis while fostering meaningful community connection rooted in Cassidy’s spirit of kindness. In December of last year, we transformed the back room of our family’s store, Rewind Kingston, into Unwind (at Rewind )—a free craft and coping café offering no cost, year-round art, music, wellness, and coping workshops every Wellness Wednesday.

By supporting LoveCass, you help us:

Support existing and develop new mental health resources, services, wellness programs, and partnerships with local nonprofits
Connect young people to community programming and engage youth through music, creativity, and activities
Ensure workshops remain free or donation-based, with no minimum contribution required
Provide safe, welcoming spaces for open conversations about mental health
Produce and distribute free mental health zines featuring resources, coping strategies, and educational information to the students at Kingston High School and the broader community
Expand the reach and visibility of local nonprofits and mental health initiatives across the Hudson Valley
Organize weekly workshops hosted by rotating creators
Produce the annual free mental health and music festival, Heart of Midtown
