Winter4Kids: Where Futures Take Shape

There is something powerful about a child’s first moment on snow. At the top of the hill, there’s hesitation. Uncertainty. A quiet question of “Can I do this?” And then they push off.

At Winter4Kids, we see that moment every single day. It’s not just about skiing or snowboarding. It’s about building confidence, resilience, and the belief that they are capable of more than they thought.

This season, that impact grew in a big way.

1,846 youth participated in First Tracks
11,076 lessons delivered
22,152 hours spent outside learning, growing, and building confidence
Over 50 youth organizations partnered with us to bring kids to the mountain
Our race team expanded by 25%
Hosted NJISRA Races & Training

We also strengthened our program model. By encouraging participants to stay with one discipline across all sessions, we saw confidence build faster, skills progress more naturally, and retention reach nearly 100% week to week.
