We are looking for donations to help us clear our list of 2023 Princesses with Powertools Calendar donation requests. Each year, we open up a request form for schools and educators to fill out to request a free calendar to display and use in their classrooms. This year we received more requests than ever before. As of right now, we have received donation requests from over 1,600 classrooms all over the U.S., this is almost 4x as many requests as we received last year! That means we need your help funding these calendars so we don't have to turn any teachers away!

What is Giving Tuesday?

Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of radical generosity. It was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Since then, it has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generrosity. Giving Tuesday is the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving. After celebrating with family and maybe doing some early holiday shopping on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday is a day to remember to give back to the organizations and causes you care most about.

What is Reinvented Inc.?

Reinvented Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization on a mission to reinvent the general perception of women in STEM fields while inspiring interest in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) for young women worldwide. We aspire to break barriers and aid the movement to get more girls involved in STEM through our three core programs:

1. Reinvented Magazine: Reinvented Magazine is a quarterly print magazine that shares the stories of other women in STEM. Each issue features interviews, DIYs, and advice for the aspiring women in STEM who read our magazine. Over the last 2.5 years we have printed 10 issues and have reached readers in all 50 states and over 30 different countries.

2. One-for-One: The One-for-One Program is all about accessibility. We want to make sure that everyone and anyone has access to our content and the role models we highlight, including students in underserved areas where digital access isn't available. We collaborate with other nonprofits, Title I Schools, and libraries in low income communities to donate magazines to girls who may not otherwise gain exposure to STEM content.

3. Princesses with Powertools: This program helps young girls learn how to use their first power tool, a hand drill, and students are taught by none other than their favorite princesses. Our princesses attend in-person events, such as Maker Faires and STEM Expos, across the country and teach students that they can be both a princess and an engineer.
