October 1st begins National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). At Winters Center for Autism, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for adults with autism through job creation, training and placement while helping businesses to develop and implement programs to employ people with autism.

Throughout the month you will hear stories from trainees who are now employed, their family members who share the impact of their success and the employers who we proudly refer to as “Employer Partners.”
