Brighten up your holiday season with Virginia Highland District Association's Tour of Lights! The first 1000 people will receive a souvenir mug and a map of houses. Some houses will decorate their backyards as a bonus! Many houses will provide a festive treat for you to enjoy! Kids are free! All sales are final
