From mentorship programs to scholarships, WIGI has built a community where talent meets opportunity, fostering growth and leadership for women at every stage of their careers.

Now, as we celebrate our 20th anniversary in 2025, we’re setting our sights on an ambitious goal: Raising $5 million to secure the future of our mission. This goal will help fund a dedicated endowment and scholarship fund to ensure that our programs continue for the next 15 years—and beyond.
