CrossFit First Down: WOD for a Cause - Find Your David!

Join us for a partner workout at David's favorite gym, CrossFit First Down! Corey & Julia have graciously given their time and gym for the third year in a row to host a gym event. Come workout or cheer on our community during a fun day to honor David. Sign-up by November 7th to get a red t-shirt! Post-workout we will have coffee, bagels, mimosas (served by PourEmUp!) and ... David's favorite donuts (while they last)! The workout is a partner WOD, 6 rounds of: 6 burpees 25 air squats 18 DB snatch 6 push ups 25 fwd lunge 18 RR or pull-ups
