Join us for our annual Walk to End Domestic Violence, a special event set against the breathtaking backdrop of Rocky Point State Park. This 1.3-mile loop offers a stunning setting as we come together during Domestic Violence Awareness Month to make a difference.

Last year’s walk was truly moving. The park was transformed into a beautiful sea of purple as participants proudly donned their festive attire in support of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Our speakers shared their powerful and personal stories, touching our hearts and reminding us of the strength found within our community. Their bravery and the support from all of you helped create a safe and welcoming space for survivors and allies alike.

We also want to extend a huge thank you to our incredible fundraisers who helped us exceed last year’s goal. A special shoutout goes to Izzy, our 2023 Walk to End Domestic Violence Champion, who raised over $1,100 through her dedicated efforts with her social media and tattoo giveaway.

This year, let’s build on that momentum! Whether you join as a team or fundraise individually, every contribution counts. Raise $50, and you’ll receive a Walk to End Domestic Violence t-shirt on the day of the event. Your participation not only raises awareness but directly supports the Elizabeth Buffum Chace Center, which provides essential, free, and confidential services to those affected by domestic violence and sexual assault in Rhode Island.
