ST FORWARD was founded by local women who decided that there was a need to create spaces for action, anti-racism, civic engagement and input from diverse voices in our community. We are problem solvers, artists, educators, volunteers, dreamers, and collaborators. We are forward-thinking.

ST Forward cultivates a vibrant, inclusive community by
collaborating with community members, artists, and institutions to increase civic engagement;
acting with an awareness of the human impact on the land and wildlife, while encouraging others to do the same;
providing a space where community-driven solutions are valued and enacted.

Our vision is to breathe new life into Sunland-Tujunga through collaborative action that centers equity, inclusion, and transformative relationships, inspired by the needs of our environment and all its diverse inhabitants.
