About CarePartners Adult Day Center

For over thirty years CarePartners Adult Day Center in St. Albans, Vermont has provided extraordinary care for adults with physical and/or cognitive impairments so that they can remain as active in their communities as possible. CarePartners provides a safe, encouraging environment where adults can come during the day and receive various services like help with medications and showers, social and therapeutic services, nutritious meals and valuable social interaction. CarePartners services also provide respite, support and education to family members and caregivers. Our program is certified for quality assurance by the Adult Services Division in the State of Vermont.

Adults may be eligible for funding through the Choices for Care program or the Medicaid Adult Day Health Rehab Services (DHRS) program. People also pay privately based on a sliding fee scale. We also offer a sliding fee scale for those individuals that don't qualify for the services but cannot do that without donations like yours. Thank you for supporting CarePartners Adult Day Center.
