What is Walk For Wonderland?

On March 15th our students will take to the yard and walk 5k! Walk for Wonderland is an event led by Coach Evan to promote exercise and health while bringing the community together for a day of fun and school spirit!

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Kids, we ask each student to raise $100 to help make Walk for Wonderland a huge success. Simply make a list of family and friends who like to support you & your school, then ask them to donate on your behalf. Donations can be made online or by check, made out to "Friends of Wonderland." Deliver your donation checks and cash to your teachers when you receive them (by March 14th at the latest).

WHY ARE WE RAISING MONEY?

Walk for Wonderland is a Friends of Wonderland (FOW) fundraiser. FOW counts on the $50K+ raised at this event to complete the yearly budget for teachers' aides salaries; specialist teachers' salaries for PE, Music, Art, Dance, Library; and professional development for our teachers and SO much more. Walk for Wonderland is an essential fundraiser to help fund the 2023/2024 budget. Last year we raised over $70K+.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?

Kids, beyond the pride and sense of accomplishment you'll feel for helping your favorite school reach its fundraising goals: You'll receive a Walk for
Wonderland t-shirt to wear on March 15th
Reach your donation goal of $100, and receive a pair of colorful tube socks.
The class that collectively raises the most donations will get to keep the Walk for Wonderland Traveling Trophy to display in their class
Be a top five earner and win a celebratory lunch with Coach Evan at school, and have your photo taken with coach for The Coyote Howler
