Wandering Whiskers

Wandering Whiskers is a community cat program of Purr Partners Feline Rescue, a 501(c)3 organization that operates in Franklin County, NC. We offer free spay or neuter to people with feral/community cats as long as they are willing to take them back and care for them. We will also help with food for these cats when we have it available.

Starting in 2023, the Wandering Whiskers, Franklin County, NC program trapped, neutered/spayed, vaccinated, and returned over 300 cats. Dozens of kittens were also friendly enough to be put into foster care for adoption from feral colonies. We responded to multiple calls for help for injured or sick ferals and sent them to the vet for care. It's a drop in the bucket, but for these cats, it will make a world of difference.
