Lucas Wheeler's Story
My name is Lucas Wheeler, and I am a student board member of the We Care Foundation. I have always loved robotics, whether it’s building, testing, or competing. Unfortunately though, it is an expensive sport. That’s why I decided that I want to do my share to make competition robotics as accessible as possible. Robotics has given me such great experiences and taught me so many great lessons like time management, planning, teamwork, and so much more in the years I’ve competed, and I want everything that I had the opportunity to learn to be accessible to anyone who wants it.
