Here’s how it works:

The levels are cumulative, meaning you get all the goodies from your donation level and all the ones below it.
- Example: A donation of $250 gets you an exclusive Wilka’s tote bag, and you’ll snag the wolfpack tee, two drink tickets, and a sticker!
Donations $50 and up will receive two complimentary drinks for your first visit to Wilka’s. Na zdrowie!
Donations $1000+ will receive an invite with a plus one to our opening parties!

Why Crowdfunding?

Wilka’s was born from the dream of two friends who believe in the incredible power of women’s sports to inspire, empower, and bring people together. With years of industry experience and the skills to make this vision a success, we’ve been encouraged and uplifted by the passionate, sports-loving community around us.

Even though we’re working with a tight budget (NYC is expensive, Y'all!), our determination and belief in the importance of this mission drive us forward. At Wilka’s, we’re committed to delivering an exceptional experience for fans of women’s sports because we know they deserve nothing less. Together, we’re not just opening a bar—we’re building a hub for connection, celebration, and community.

With the help of money raised from this campaign, we can make this bar the luxury space it deserves to be (we have all seen the Unrivaled roll out!). Our main goal is to install an Allonis matrix system to ensure a seamless viewing experience for our Wolfpack! In our renovation, we guarantee perfect sightlines to every game, a sound system that finally lets you hear games with the sound on, your friends at your table, and music jams during the ads because we care about vibes!

We have also connected with and started to partner with The Safe Bar Network to make sure our staff are fully trained in using active bystander skills to actively prevent overconsumption, harassment, and other forms of harm. We want to make sure we are active in creating a safe space for all our patrons.

What's Next?

The funds raised from this campaign will be put to work immediately. The countdown to opening is on! We’ve signed a lease on The Bowery and are locking down our liquor license with the city. We’re aiming to welcome you into Wilka’s in early 2025, we have already started making the dream happen!

Obviously, starting a bar costs a whole lot more than what we are asking, so even if our goal is met early we ask that you keep giving if you can. Any additional funds will be essential and used towards the immense amount of working capital necessary to run a great bar.
