As the holiday season approaches, the Women’s Resource Center (WRC) extends
heartfelt thanks to our partners for helping us provide another successful year of free,
confidential services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence in Beaverhead and
Madison Counties.

To close 2025 strong, WRC has launched the “Double Your Impact” campaign, with a
goal of raising $150,000 to fund our essential services. These funds will directly support
individuals in crisis - women, men, and children - helping them find safe environments
and access crucial support for navigating legal, financial, and employment challenges
as they move toward safer, healthier lives.

Thanks to the generosity of a lead donor, the first $20,000 will be matched dollar-for-
dollar, doubling the impact of early contributions and building strong momentum toward
the campaign goal.

Depending on your contribution, you can help cover the direct costs of services
provided to our clients. Here’s how your donation can make a difference:

$25 provides a gas card to help a survivor reach safety or attend essential
appointments.
$50 sets up phone service so survivors can stay connected and access help.
$100 buys a bus ticket for a survivor to escape to a safe location.
$200 covers a month’s worth of groceries for a survivor and their family.
$300 funds a weekend stay in a safe shelter for a survivor in crisis.
$500 supports moving expenses, helping survivors transition to independent
living.
$1,000 covers vehicle repairs, ensuring survivors have safe, reliable
transportation.

One recent client reflected, “The Women's Resource Center didn’t just give us a place
to stay - they gave us the chance to heal together as a family, pets and all. Their
compassion made it possible for my children and me to start rebuilding our lives with
hope and dignity.”

From July through September 2025, WRC has served nearly 72 clients across
Beaverhead and Madison Counties, providing over 410 nights of emergency shelter,
990 essential support services, and supported 292 hotline calls. No one is turned away.
