We're actively searching for our perfect Des Moines location, but commercial real estate presents unique challenges. Landlords typically require 6 months of operating expenses upfront. While we're pursuing traditional financing and small business loans, we believe our community can help make this dream a reality.

Your Role in Making History

Location Acquisition: Secure an optimal commercial space with appropriate zoning and utilities to serve as our primary business location
Initial Inventory: Purchase starter inventory to meet projected early customer demand while maintaining healthy stock levels
Essential Equipment: Invest in core operational equipment including point-of-sale systems, specialized tools, storage solutions, and office technology
Staffing: Recruit and train key personnel to manage daily operations and customer service
Marketing Launch: Fund initial marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and attract first customers
Operating Reserve: Maintain prudent cash reserves to cover 3-6 months of operating expenses during the growth phase
