Environmental and Climate Change Reporting Fund

This fund is a partnership between The Daily Herald and Journalism Funding Partners (JFP), tax ID #84-2968843, a verified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. JFP's mission is to “increase the depth, diversity and sustainability of local journalism by building and stewarding connections between funders and news organizations.”

Contributions to the Environmental and Climate Change Reporting Fund are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law and they do not influence editorial decisions at The Daily Herald. JFP has exclusive legal control over all funds received and provides funds to The Daily Herald in support of environmental and climate change reporting.
