Healing your relationship to shame will allow you to communicate your needs with love for yourself and others. In this workshop we will delve into the depths of sexual shame, exploring its origins, impacts, and most importantly, strategies to liberate ourselves. I will lead insightful discussions to guide you through a journey of self-discovery and acceptance. The first exercise in this workshop is designed to empower you to let go of the things you hold against yourself. From there I will take you through an exercise that helps you breakthrough the restrictions of your past to form a new relationship with yourself.
