Preserve Cheatham County (PCC) is a non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to preserving the agricultural heritage and rural landscape of Cheatham County, Tennessee. Our mission is to protect farmland, natural resources, and the character of our community while advocating for sustainable development and responsible stewardship.

We are in the fight of our lives against the Tennessee Valley Authority’s (TVA) proposed 900 MW methane gas plant, pipelines, transmission lines, and associated road expansions. This project threatens to permanently alter the rural landscape of Cheatham County, destroy farmland, harm natural habitats, and burden our community with unnecessary risks and environmental consequences.

PCC is committed to standing up for the rights of landowners and residents, but we need your help. Legal fees, expert consultations, and community advocacy campaigns are expensive, and we can’t do this without your support.
