*Raffle Details:

All raffle entries are tied to donations made through the designated platform or at the in-person event.
Donations received between November 23, 2024 and 4 PM (local time) on November 30, 2024, qualify for the raffle draws.
Donors who have previously contributed directly to the November 26, 2024 Infinite Opportunities event invitations will automatically receive raffle tickets based on the value of their prior donations.
The luxury cruise draw is a bonus entry available only for donations of $500 or more in increments. For example, a $1,000 donation receives two luxury cruise draw tickets.
Winners need not be present at the event to win. Winners not in attendance will be notified via email within 48 hours after the draw.
The 4-hour luxury cruise prize is subject to availability and scheduling by Fish Out of Water Tours. Certain blackout dates or restrictions may apply.
Raffle prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
The Monarch Effect Foundation reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the raffle, including resolving disputes or discrepancies.
The Monarch Effect Foundation reserves the right to extend the raffle draw date beyond November 26, 2024, to reach our fundraising goals or due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the draw date will be communicated to all participants via email.

About Monarch Effect Foundation

In Los Cabos, inspired, motivated and talented students from middle-class families cannot get financial support to help them achieve higher education. Charities with educational support only apply to the very poor. There are no student loans and very limited government assistance programs. The best schools are on the mainland which means students need to leave home which increases the costs substantially. The "privilege" of middle-class means the financial burden falls directly on the family with many sacrificing opportunities for students to continue as a result of this burden. Or, families must choose which of their children get to continue with university.

The Monarch Effect Foundation makes higher education a reality through sponsorship, mentoring, and community engagement. We exist to create a future where every inspired, motivated, and talented young student living in Los Cabos can unlock their full potential, has the opportunity and choice to attend top schools both in Mexico and abroad, and has community resources to support them.

The Monarch Effect Foundation does not just hand out financial support scholarships. Together with the parents and our community, we act as mentors for our students, provide life-coaching, seminars, workshops and one-on-one time to prepare them and support them throughout their study program. Every student and parent has "skin in the game", responsibility and accountability to the foundation.

The students and their families make a commitment to help support the long-term sustainability of the foundation with post graduation financial contributions and return of service as mentors and ambassadors. Together we work to interconnect the greater Los Cabos community as a foundation network providing other mentoring resources, information, internships, and job experience. Our goal is to build a strong, skilled class of professional young adults stepping from their school careers back into to their home community to complete the circle and ensure longevity of the programs and scholarships.
