The Northern California Furries are a diverse group of individuals brought together by a common love of Anthropomorphic art and Entertainment. Having marched in the San Francisco parade over a number of years, we certainly have been noticed every time we show up.

They awarded us "Absolutely Fabulous" in 2018, “Absolutely Outrageous” in 2019. We again were confirmed when the parade returned in 2022 to still be “Absolutely Outrageous”. In 2023 we even made the short list in contention for Best Contingent of the parade, and were proud to be runner-up in the final vote. Last year in 2024 we again got an award: Outstanding Community Group.

But, we don't do it for the recognition and awards. Northern California Furries just does it for the fun of being there to add our story to the wonderful diversity of it all and show our outrageous love for Pride. However, participating in the parade doesn't come cheap.

Registration cost $406 this year. Fuel, supplies, decorations, some meals, and bridge tolls all add to that.

Then there's year long Maintenance and storage of the float.

We also need to redecorate our float each year and while our awesome banners are holding up well, we need to get some more decorations.

Oh and lastly there’s going to be a party too after the parade that some funds could be useful to direct towards that.

Thus this campaign will have a goal of $2,000
I know that number sounds big, due to it understandably being a terrible year for many financially but we have three offering matching donations this year so every dollar raised here goes farther:
