Thank you supporting Teen Leadership in Delaware! Our club is made up of 7th-12th Graders who are working to become better leaders and impact our community through volunteer work. Teen Leaders Club has been around for over a decade, been recognized with numerous awards in the Delaware community, and has volunteered over 100,000 hours.
Teen Leaders Club has been and will remain for the entire community. These funds provide transportation to and from Teen Leaders Club volunteer events, scholarships for Teen Programs, and supplies for new events in the future.
How it works:
- Teens spend time finding sponsors (like yourself) to support their work in the community.
- Sponsors choose how much to donate, either as a flat amount (paid right away), or incentivize your teen to volunteer more by pledging to donate a certain amount per hour they volunteer in April (Volunteer month). Even $1/hr makes a difference! Your teen can let you know how many hours they plan to volunteer. When you donate, make sure to indicate your teen's name in the 'Notes' section to make sure they get credit for your donation.
- Teens spend the month of April volunteering as much as possible during six events, ranging from overnight work retreats to YMCA childcare events to gardening days and more (max 16 hours).
Prizes: Teens can earn prizes for raising money. A list of prizes is below:
