Grove City YMCA Advisory Board's Story

The Grove City YMCA has been open for more than 20 years. In those 20 years, we have impacted Grove City residents through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Through COVID-19, a staff crisis, and by maintaining safety protocols, 2024, we were privileged to serve 12,000+ members and see over 230,000 visits to our YMCA.

Our board members, Chad Frush, Jason Buckley, Jessica Vehr, Jennifer Lazor, Mary Hrib, Kenny Skeaton, Taylor Hart and Kimberly Mahin provide great support in representing the community, connecting to partners, volunteering and more. We are focused on fostering relationships, cultivating positive impact, and helping the Grove City community thrive.

With partners, Y members, Y staff, and the community, we can remove barriers to create strong families and a strong community!

In 2024, we provided over $115,000 in financial assistance for youth, families and seniors to have access to membership, day camp, swim lessons, wellness and more! We cannot do this without your support.
