Family and Friends, Today, I want to share with you a cause that's incredibly close to my heart: the YMCA. Like thousands of children across Central Ohio, Leland's journey has been profoundly shaped by the nurturing environment provided by the YMCA. From his early days in preschool to the excitement of gymnastics and swimming lessons, Leland has thrived under the guidance of caring and dedicated adults. These individuals have not only fostered his skill development but have also instilled in him a sense of self-esteem and belonging. One of the most beautiful aspects of Leland's YMCA experience has been the diversity of backgrounds among his peers. This diversity has allowed him to grasp the true essence of community and appreciate the value of inclusivity. This year, I've made a commitment to support the YMCA by donating the equivalent of one hour's pay every pay period. It's a small gesture, but I believe it can make a significant difference in the lives of many families. By joining me in this endeavor, you'll be helping to provide opportunities to those who may otherwise lack the resources to access the same enriching experiences that Leland has enjoyed.
