We’re thrilled to launch the CODA 50 Challenge: Your Way— a fundraising challenge built for our entire community, because making a difference shouldn’t depend on physical ability. For many people living with complex disorders, traditional fundraising challenges centered around running, walking, or physical endurance simply aren't accessible. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to be part of moving research forward, without asking their body to do more than it can.

Choose a personal “50” that is meaningful and accessible to you. Do one activity 50 times or mix and match activities until you reach your 50. Your 50 is yours to define. Invite your community to support your challenge and help move research forward and accelerate treatment options for people living with complex disorders.

Let your 50 be inspired by what you love. Turn a favorite hobby, passion, creative outlet, or meaningful part of your everyday life into a challenge that feels uniquely yours.

No movement is required. No challenge is too small.

Complex Disorders Alliance (CODA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization accelerating research and driving solutions for a group of often-overlapping chronic conditions which include ME/CFS, Long COVID, POTS, Dysautonomia, Migraine, EDS/HSD, MCAS, Chronic Migraine, Endometriosis, IBS, Gastroparesis, and other overlapping complex disorders.
