I want to share that every movement is movement for improvement. I have notice during my life that I was given information that I had to... in order to make progress towards body improvement. Today I know that All movement matters and I don't feel bad if I can’t run or... I can make a commitment to walk daily and it doesn't have to be a fast walk, I can dance or bounce on a ball or... Whatever movement I choose.
