Welcome to my journey with Movement for Improvement. This year, to promote my wellness and raise awareness for mental health, I am centering my efforts around my recent journey with my wife Kathy. A little over a year ago she began rehabilitation from a stroke. Her determination to do the rehabilitation was inspiring. Activity, participation, and movement are critical requirementsfor recovery and wellness. However, we each have very individualized paths. If movement is the general script the how, when and frequency are up to us. An important activity that we discovered works well for her rehabilitation and our wellness together is paddle boarding. This year join us as a supporter or get out there and paddle board with us!
