Henderson County's Imagination Library will host Storybook Gala, a night where "Stories Sparkle" and participants enjoy delicious food, great music, and have lots of fun while supporting an important cause! The event will be held on March 7th, from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. at the Henderson County Public Library. Delicious appetizers and signature cocktails will be provided by Cap & Cork!

Each month, 1,460 Henderson children between the ages of birth to five, who are enrolled in Dolly Parton's Imagination Library Program, receive a free book mailed directly to their home. While Dolly's Foundation pays for most of the program, the Henderson KY Education Foundation is the local program partner responsible for shipping expenses on a monthly basis. Shipping expenses paid by the local partner exceeds $1,700 each month and totals approximately $20,000 per year. We invite you to come to the Storybook Gala, have a great time, and support this vital early literacy program for Henderson's youngest learners!

Tickets are just $40 for HKEF members, $45 for nonmembers, or $500 if you or your company want to be a sponsor and reserve a table at the event for 8 people!
