As a Yoga Mala Ambassador, I’m supporting Yoga in Action because their programs foster healing and community care for those who need it most, when they need it most! I'm passionate about sharing how yoga goes beyond poses to support recovery, trauma, and those navigating disease or disabilities, and becomes a place to belong, breathe, and heal together.
