Classroom (K-12 Education)

Through Switch Classroom, SEA has engaged almost 20,000 educators, delivered over 400 standards-aligned lessons and activities, and supported over 2 million resource engagements with students, reaching approximately 1.6 million students globally..

Campus (University Students)

Over the last 6 years, the Switch Competition has engaged over 4,000 university students across more than 60 countries, including nearly 1,000 students in 2025 alone, supported annually by over 150 industry and academic mentors solving real-world energy challenges about energy poverty.

Community (Public Education)

Through Energy Switch, EarthDate, and related media, SEA delivers energy education at national scale. Energy Switch is carried on over 200 PBS stations, approaching 90% coverage, reaching nearly 110 million households with objective, expert-driven energy dialogue. EarthDate is broadcast on nearly 470 NPR member stations nationwide, extending SEA’s reach through both radio and on-demand platforms.

Career (Professional Development)

Switch Academy represents the next evolution of this proven model - extending SEA’s education ecosystem into the professional workforce. ONEOK’s support enables SEA to scale this impact while maintaining the rigor, objectivity, and trust that define the organization’s work.
