I'm blessed and grateful to be turning 51! But there's still a lot I would like to accomplish in my humanitarian work. So, all I am asking for for my birthday is for some help to be able to do the work that my organization is trying so hard to achieve.

I started my non-profit when my daughter was born over 20 years ago, because I wanted to make the world a better place for her, and eventually for my son when he was born. This journey has lead me to operating a food distribution weekly in Oakland, CA. We give away free food every week. Our client numbers have rose 60% in 2022, and 25% in 2023. This meas so have costs for operating. We could really use your donation to help! We annually hold a turkey giveaway and chicken giveaway during the holidays, as well as a gift giveaway for children, and we cannot do that without donations. My organization is also the fiscal sponsor of the International Civil Society Working Group for the Permanent Forum of People of African Descent, where I am also a co-chair. We have been a driving force behind the creation of this forum (the first of its kind!) at the United Nations and we continue to work to improve it and bring forth the issues of people of African descent.

There is much more that we are working on, including bridging together indigenous tribes and clans from around the world to preserve heritage and teach other in a culture exchange.
