Enter in the front doors, and we will be in a large space just to the right of the lobby area.

Parking is free and ample at the CKFR Admin Building. Lunch will be provided with a selection of sandwiches, as well as coffee and light refreshments in the morning. Bring your pen, notebook, and refillable water bottle.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn and practice with:

The Waterline Model — Diagnose what’s really causing team breakdowns
The Drama Triangle — Recognize and shift patterns of workplace drama
The Square Dance — Give and receive feedback in a way that leads to real change

About Cara Wilson, MA, ACC: For over 20 years, Cara has helped leaders and teams build clarity, trust, and momentum. Her work has supported mission-critical initiatives at organizations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Cleveland Clinic,Tableau Software, and Salesforce. She now leads Traction Leadership, a firm dedicated to supporting the growth of leaders and teams in ways that make their work more meaningful, connected, and effective. Diagnosed as neurodivergent later in life, she brings a special affinity for building neuro-inclusive environments and supporting neuro-complex individuals in the workplace.
