Prospect Theater Company is an exempt organization as described in Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to the company are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The cost of goods and services for each Gala ticket is $250.00, and only the portion of your gift that exceeds this fair market value may be deducted.
