We were founded on a calling to do more.

Community Green Farms (CGF) sprouted from a family's struggle with cancer. Witnessing the devastating effects of this disease firsthand, our founders embarked on a quest to understand its roots. This journey led them beyond genetics, to the very food they consumed. They saw how socioeconomic barriers often denied people the basic right to healthy food, creating a system where your zip code could predict your health.

Nourishing Communities, Growing Hope

Inspired by this revelation, CGF emerged not just as a farm, but as a movement. We believe that access to healthy food is a basic human right, not a privilege. We envision a world where everyone, regardless of their background or income, can nourish their bodies and minds with fresh, sustainably grown produce.

Our Roots Run Deep

CGF is more than just rows of crops and hydroponic systems. We are a community of growers, educators, and advocates dedicated to transforming the food landscape. We partner with schools, food banks, and families to create a sustainable and just food system that nourishes both people and the planet.

Cultivating a Brighter Future

With your help, we can expand our reach and impact. Your support enables us to:

Build and maintain sustainable farms: Providing a consistent source of fresh, healthy food for communities in need.
Empower schools with farm-to-school programs: Educating the next generation about sustainable agriculture and healthy eating habits.
Deliver nutritious meals directly to families: Ensuring that everyone has access to the nourishment they need to thrive.
