About ABC Women’s Center

ABC Women’s Center is a trusted, free and confidential resource center located in Middletown, Connecticut, serving women, men, and families in Middlesex County and the surrounding areas. We walk alongside individuals facing pregnancy decisions with compassion, support, and information so they can make informed choices for their lives and their families.

At the Center, we offer free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and counseling about pregnancy options, including parenting and adoption. Our team also provides supportive resources for parenting education and post-abortion support, and we connect clients with community services when additional care is needed. Every gift makes a real impact: $150 supports one parenting program for two years, $75 provides one pregnancy test appointment, and $50 supplies a family with a packet of diapers and wipes. These funds go directly to supporting more than 700 pregnant women and over 1,000 children through our programs each year.

We are committed to creating a welcoming, non-judgmental space where everyone feels heard, respected, and supported. Because of community partners and donors like you, our services are offered at no cost to those who come through our doors, helping families navigate challenging moments with dignity and hope.
