The Abundance Fund helps stabilize families meet their employment goals through barrier alleviation, such as rent, supporting utility needs, groceries, clothing, and other living essentials. Give today and support families who are most impacted by the uncertainty and challenges of today's world.

Abundance Fund at Hired is a resource where 100% of the dollars raised go directly to families to alleviate barriers to living and employment stability. Every donation made to the Abundance Fund through November 19 (Give to the Max Day) will directly support the families who are most impacted during these uncertain times.

Last year, we decided to reopen our Abundance Fund beyond Give to the Max Day because of the significant need that we noticed impacting our community.

We raised over $28,000 to support our participants as they navigated pressing challenges.

With that, we were able to keep many families stably housed as they went through the job search process. Whether it was support for groceries, or paying for a security deposit that enabled a family to escape domestic abuse, the Abundance Fund is a unique resource.

The average award size was $487, which was $140 more than the previous year's average award size.
58 families received support, alleviating some barriers that were hindering the job search process.
72% of requests were related to housing, utilities, or transportation needs.
