This summer, ACCD needs your help to create a space where African-roots youth are seen, celebrated, and challenged to lead, and where older adults are honored, included, and valued for their wisdom and experience. By bringing these two groups together, ACCD is Weaving a Tapestry Across Generations.

Here is what your donation can support:

$25 – Snacks for one youth program meeting

$50 – One in-depth resource navigation and case management session for an older adult

$200 – Transportation for 5 elders with limited mobility to attend older adults programming

$1,500 – Three months of ongoing programming and mentorship for twenty youth
