I'm lucky to have found F3, thanks for Four Seasons. It has impacted my life in a multitude of ways. The fitness, fellowship and faith, (the belief in something bigger than myself), have all resonated with me and our central NJ community. The fact that it is FREE, means it is accessible to all men and these points are very important to me. F3 helps all of us with our physical AND mental health and our brothers are truly always there for us. GRATEFUL!
