The Career Accelerator is a six-week, hands-on program for women rebuilding their careers after incarceration. It isn't a lecture series — it's a build-and-do lab. Over six weeks, each woman walks out with a finished resume, a live LinkedIn profile and professional headshot, interview skills she's practiced out loud, and a network she started herself.

But the real work goes deeper than documents. System-impacted women don't just need a job — they need to know they belong in the room. So every session opens with breathwork and nervous-system regulation, weaves in the identity shift from "I need a job" to "I'm a professional with value," and builds the follow-up skills and rejection resilience most programs skip. Women move through it together in small accountability pods, celebrate visible wins each week, and meet real employers before they graduate.

It's recovery-aligned and built to feed something bigger: from the Lab, women step into monthly networking events, coaching, and job placement — and many come back as mentors. We're not just helping women get hired. We're helping them show up in life differently.
