We were privileged to visit the new space that will be getting updated by Aug 1 at the St. Gregory's old residence halls. We are excited that a section of 24 rooms are set aside for Caring Collective to be able to rent for the program.

Young adults aging out of foster care, juvenile justice, or unstable homes are stepping into adulthood without the safety nets most of us take for granted, stable housing, guidance, life skills, and a community that believes in them. The result is heartbreaking and preventable…50% experience homelessness within six months, and far too many end up in cycles of incarceration, addiction, and crisis simply because no one was there to walk with them. Caring Collective was created to interrupt that cycle. We’re building a pathway to independence that combines housing, mentorship, life‑skills development, employment readiness, leadership building, and trauma‑informed support. When young adults have stability and people who show up for them, the outcomes change, homelessness drops, incarceration rates fall, and confidence, purpose, and community rise.
