Smallholder farmers in East Africa produce up to 80% of the food consumed, yet most live below the poverty line. With limited knowledge of modern farming techniques and no access to storage, every harvest feels like a gamble; often leaving families without food, school fees, or basic shelter.

But we’ve seen lives transform in just one harvest. With training, tools, and seeds, farmers increase yields by up to 40%. Even more powerful is the fact that each trained farmer shares knowledge with 4 others, multiplying impact.
