The Heart of the Guild: In-Person Gatherings

At our core, we are builders of spaces. We don't just "host events"—we create immersive, high-fantasy environments where our community can finally step out from behind the screen and meet their party members face-to-face. These events are the heart of what we do. They are safe, inclusive, and high-energy spaces designed to celebrate our shared passions and turn online friendships into lifelong bonds.

Where the Gold Goes

Transparency is part of our Guild Code. When you contribute "gold" to the Guild, you are directly powering the infrastructure that makes our community possible. Your support aids us in covering expenses for:

The In-Person Experience: Funding the venues, immersive decor, and logistics for our live events. This ensures we can keep creating world-class gathering spaces like our convention exhibits and local meetups.
Guild Operations (Admin): Every guild needs a forge and a ledger. This covers the essential "behind-the-scenes" costs—like insurance, filing fees, and professional tools—that keep our 501(c)(3) running legally and efficiently.
