This year, I’ve been given the opportunity to attend 2025 Advocacy Days in Washington, DC—a powerful gathering where advocates from across the country come together to speak directly with lawmakers about the urgent issues facing our communities.
We will advocate for individuals and families who are fleeing persecution, violence, and instability in search of safety and dignity. In today’s climate, their voices are often marginalized, and it’s critical that we show up, speak out, and demand compassionate, humane policies.
