At The Alignment Collective, we believe everyone deserves care that supports the whole person; mind, body, and community.

We are a nonprofit working to make mental health care, somatic healing, and movement-based wellness more accessible, affordable, and welcoming. Through therapy, Pilates, yoga, community programming, and other mind-body services, we help people feel supported, connected, and more at home in themselves.

We serve people across many stages of life and lived experiences, with particular care for communities that often face added barriers to support, including veterans and military-connected individuals, perinatal and postpartum clients, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and people who are uninsured, underinsured, or experiencing financial hardship.
