In Gaza, families raising children with special needs—including autism and other developmental or physical disabilities—are facing unimaginable hardships. The **Allies for Autism Sponsorship Program** connects compassionate supporters with these families, helping them access the essential care and supplies they need amid the devastation of war. 💙

For children with autism, the danger is especially acute. The constant noise, explosions, and disruption of war and displacement cause overwhelming sensory overload, increased anxiety, and frequent meltdowns. These children often struggle to understand or communicate their fear, and their families do all they can to keep them safe and calm amid chaos. Families of children with other special needs face similar challenges, as access to basic care and stability remains limited and uncertain. 💔

Proceeds from this campaign will go directly to support 20 families in North Gaza who have children with autism or other special needs. Your donation provides them with essentials like nutritious food, clean water, and safe shelter. We also aim to offer sensory tools to help relieve anxiety, such as weighted blankets, and to provide access to families to hire “shadow teachers” to provide the children with specialized learning opportunities and to provide respite for the families.
