Why are we raising funds for winter gear?

Winters in Ukraine are harsh and snowy. At times, nighttime temperatures can drop to as low as -15 to -20 degrees Celsius (5°F to -4°F). Keeping man and woman on duty in warmth is an essential part of basic duty conditions. With the significant increase in armed forces, Ukraine as a country physically is unable to replace damaged gear & clothes. Other consumables and new equipment often do not arrive within the time frames that are necessary for mission success. Help solve these problems by delivering warm gear and winter clothes to defenders in East of Ukraine by clicking “Donate”!

What will be purchased?

We will use all collected funds to purchase gear and winter clothes, specifically:

Winter footwear and boots
Level I cold gear: Light-Weight Undershirt & Drawers
Level V cold gear: Soft Shell Cold Weather Jacket & Trousers
Combat pants, Medical backpacks and other supplies

Who will receive the winter gear?

The gear and winter clothes will be delivered to Ukrainian defenders in the CSO "A" (Alpha SBU/ SSU) of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). This is one of the most combat-ready units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, performing missions on the front lines. Currently, they are operating in the Kharkiv direction.

We stay agile due to our small size, multinational team, and direct on-site contacts that we developed in 2014-2015, and adapted to the new realities in 2022. Working with small grassroots organizations like ours is one of the most direct ways to help Ukraine.
