All the Walls Came Down is an Oscar-Shortlisted film by Ondi Timoner about what unfolded in Altadena after the Eaton Fire one year ago. It exposes the systems failures that followed and the real risk of families losing their homes.

Join us for a screening and discussion of the film. There will be a pop-up Peoples Marketplace where guests can shop food, fashion, art, and more!

Heavenly Hughes of My Tribe Rise will join the panel, sharing her mutual aid and housing justice work with working-class, elderly, and disabled Black residents in Altadena and Pasadena.

during the Altadena fire, residents experienced zero emergency response while homes were actively burning?

in some areas, water pressure failed or was shut off, while gas and electricity infrastructure remained live, intensifying fires?

after the flames were contained, many Altadena families were left facing insurance gaps, repair limbo, and foreclosure?

In lieu of charging for tickets, we are encouraging our community to donate directly to My Tribe Rise to meet the immediate needs of working-class, elderly, and disabled Black residents in Altadena and Pasadena. My Tribe Rise serves the beloved community by rapidly responding to needs for public safety, food and housing, economic development, and solutions to end violence.

The event will take place at Astralab at 678 La Fayette Park Place, Los Angeles 90057. The venue is inside The Grenada Buildings.

There is ample street parking.
