A Most Beautiful Thing Inclusion Fund (AMBTIF) was founded to expand access to rowing for youth who have been historically excluded from the water. What began as a grassroots effort rooted in mentorship and teamwork has grown into a national movement creating opportunity through sport, education, leadership, and community.

Rowing is more than a sport — it’s a space to belong, to grow, and to believe. Through AMBTIF, young people develop resilience, confidence, and a deep sense that they are part of something bigger.
