Help Us Bring the Joy of the Season to Children Across Champaign County

The H.O.Y.C.E. Center's annual Season of Giving is more than a holiday giveaway. It is a community coming together to make sure children and families know they are seen, supported and remembered during the holiday season.

This year, Season of Giving will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at the Rantoul Youth Center, 100 E. Flessner Ave., Rantoul, Illinois.

The H.O.Y.C.E. Center serves families throughout Champaign County. Each year, we rotate the host community among Champaign, Urbana and Rantoul so that Season of Giving truly belongs to the entire county.

We also recognize that the holiday season is celebrated in many ways. Season of Giving joyfully welcomes families celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa, as well as families who simply come together to experience the joy of the season.

A $50 contribution provides one child with:

🎁 A new toy
💤 A new pair of pajamas
📚 A new book

Your gift helps us create an experience where children and families can celebrate, choose items especially for them and know that their community cares.

Every gift matters.

You do not have to sponsor an entire child to make a difference. Gifts of every size help us purchase toys, pajamas and books, fill gaps in age groups and sizes, prepare the event, transport supplies and create a welcoming experience for participating families.

There Are Many Ways to Be Part of Season of Giving

In addition to making a financial contribution, individuals, businesses, churches, organizations and community groups can support Season of Giving by:

🎁 Donating new, unwrapped toys, pajamas and books for children and teens ages 0–17

🏢 Hosting an employee or organizational collection drive

📍 Becoming an official Season of Giving community drop-off location

🚌 Participating in our Fill the Bus campaign

🤝 Becoming a community partner or sponsor

💝 Donating gift cards, products, professional services, event supplies or other in-kind support

🙌 Volunteering individually or bringing a volunteer team

• New children's and teen books
• Items for ages 0–17
