ARTISTS FOR AFRICA is a local art show with global impact!

The exhibition offers some of the area's most celebrated artists an opportunity to present and sell their work while supporting African Orphan Educational Foundation [AOEF] and its mission to provide hope and empowerment through education to orphans and disadvantaged children in Africa. The show will feature a variety of artists and a broad spectrum of styles, mediums, and themes.

ARTISTS FOR AFRICA takes place at the Helen M. Salzberg Gallery on the Palm Beach Gardens campus of Palm Beach State College November 2-20, 2026. The exhibit is free of charge to the public during the gallery's normal operating hours Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm.

A ticketed Opening Charitable Reception the evening of Thursday, November 5 offers collectors and art enthusiasts the first opportunity to view and purchase works from the exhibition and meet the artists. The gathering will be held 5-7pm at the Helen M. Salzberg Gallery with an extended reception for artists, collectors, enthusiasts, the curator and charitable partners 7-9pm at Brio Italian Grille at the Gardens Mall. Tickets are $25 in advance or $50 at the door.

ARTISTS FOR AFRICA is curated by Katie Deits, a well-known and highly acclaimed artist, curator, and arts executive in Florida.

African Orphan Educational Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to equipping, educating, and empowering orphans and disadvantaged children and youth in Africa. AOEF awards educational sponsorships in East-Central Africa and develops resources that foster literacy, learning, leadership and personal development across the continent.
